- 400 GRAM NOODLES
- 300 GRAM PRAWNS, shelled
- 200 GRAM BACON, in cubes
- 1 ONION, chopped
- 100 GRAM BEAN SPROUTS
- 2 EGGS, beaten
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 2 CHILLIES, chopped

- 200 GRAM
CHICKEN BREAST, in small
cubes
- 4 CARROTS, in small cubes
- BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS
- 100 GRAM GREEN PEAS
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 1/2 TSP FIVE SPICES POWDER
- 1 GREEN SWEET PEPPER
- 10 SPRING ROLL WRAPPERS

Cook the noodles according to instructions.
Stir fry the bacon 3 minutes, add the onion, the chillies and the garlic
and stir fry 2 minutes more. Add the prawns and stir fry three minutes.
Add the bean sprouts. In a separate pan, bake an omelet of the eggs
and cut it in strips. Put the mee in a big dish and put first the prawn
mixture and then de omelet strips.

Roast the peppers in the oven at 220 degrees
Celsius until the skin turns black.
Peel them and puree them with pepper and salt to taste. Chop half of
the green onions. Stir fry these, together with the carrots, chicken,
garlic and peas. Add the five spices powder and salt and pepper to taste
for 3 minutes. Distribute this mixture over the wrappers and fold them
like small bags. Tie the bags with a piece of green onion. Deep fry
until they are golden brown. Serve them with the paprika sauce.
