Chocolate almond cookies

 

Oatmeal cookies

  • 200 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM SUGAR
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER
  • 1 TABLESPOON CACAO
  • 75 GRAM CHOCOLATE
  • 50 GRAM ALMONDS
 
  • 50 GRAM CHOCOLATE
  • 50 GRAM ALMONDS
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER
  • 75 GRAM SUGAR
  • 100 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 50 GRAM OATMEAL

Chop the chocolate and half of the almonds. Mix with butter, flour, sugar and cacao and put this mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Split the rest of the almonds. Form round cookies of the dough and put a split almond in the middle. Bake 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Chop the chocolate and the almonds. Melt the butter with the sugar, switch off the heat and add self raising flour, oatmeal, half of the almonds and half of the chocolate. Form from this dough balls, the size of a walnut, flatten them and put on a buttered oven dish. Sprinkle them with the rest of the almonds and chocolate. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
