Mix flour, sugar, salt,
egg, water and yeast and knead for 5 minutes. Form about 50 small balls
from the dough. Take out some muffin trays and put three balls on the
bottom of every hole. Let the buns rise an hour. Bake in the oven at
200 degrees during 25 minutes.

Mix all ingredients
and knead firmly for 15 minutes. Form a bread according to your imagination
or put the dough in a bread tin. Leave it in a warm humid place to rise
for two hours. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees during 40 minutes.
