Sunflower seed bread

 

Sesame rolls

  • 300 GRAM BROWN FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM SEMOLINA
  • 1 TSP YEAST
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 2 TSP SALT
  • 200 GRAM MILK
  • 100 GRAM YOGURT
  • 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TBSP SUNFLOWER SEED
  • 2 TBSP SESAME
 
  • 400 GRAM FLOUR
  • 2 TSP YEAST
  • 2 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 TBSP SUGAR
  • 2 TBSP OIL
  • 2 TBSP SESAME

Mix all ingredients (keep some sunflower seeds for decoration) and knead firmly for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough to a rectangular shape with the width of a bread tin, and roll it up. Put in the bread tin, and sprinkle the top first with some water and then sunflower seed. Leave the bread to rise for one and a half hour. Bake 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix all ingredients (keep some sesame seeds for decoration) with 220 gram water and knead for 10 minutes. Divide the dough in 10 portions and shape rolls according to your imagination. Put them on a baking tray, spray them with some water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Allow them to rise one and a half hour; bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
