Olive bread

Blueberry bread
|
- 200 GRAM BROWN FLOUR
- 200 GRAM WHITE FLOUR
- 100 GRAM SEMOLINA
- 1 TSP YEAST
- 2 TSP SALT
- 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL
- 1 TBSP OREGANO
- 100 GRAM OLIVES, cut
- HANDFUL BASIL LEAVES, cut

- 400 GRAM FLOUR
- 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 50 GRAM SUGAR
- 1 LEMON, juice and rind
- 1 EGG
- 1 1/2 CUP MILK
- 150 GRAM FROZEN BLUEBERRIES

Mix all ingredients and knead firmly for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough and form it in a shape according to your imagination
or put it in a bread tin. Leave the bread to rise for one and a half
hour. Bake 35 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius. Just add butter and a glass of
red wine...

Mix all ingredients except the blueberries and beat
for a few minutes. Mix the blueberries with two tablespoons flour and
stir them in. Pour the batter into a greased bread pan and bake 45 minutes
at 180 degrees Celsius.
