Olive bread

 Blueberry bread

 
  • 200 GRAM BROWN FLOUR
  • 200 GRAM WHITE FLOUR
  • 100 GRAM SEMOLINA
  • 1 TSP YEAST
  • 2 TSP SALT
  • 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 1 TBSP OREGANO
  • 100 GRAM OLIVES, cut
  • HANDFUL BASIL LEAVES, cut
  • 400 GRAM FLOUR
  • 2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 50 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1 LEMON, juice and rind
  • 1 EGG
  • 1 1/2 CUP MILK
  • 150 GRAM FROZEN BLUEBERRIES
 

Mix all ingredients and knead firmly for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough and form it in a shape according to your imagination or put it in a bread tin. Leave the bread to rise for one and a half hour. Bake 35 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius. Just add butter and a glass of red wine...

Mix all ingredients except the blueberries and beat for a few minutes. Mix the blueberries with two tablespoons flour and stir them in. Pour the batter into a greased bread pan and bake 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
