- 500 GRAM FLOUR
- 2 TSP YEAST
- 2 TBSP SUGAR
- 2 TSP SALT
- 1 CUP OF MILK
- 1 EGG
- 25 GRAM BUTTER, melted

- 300 GRAM FLOUR
- 4 BANANAS, 3 mashed, 1 sliced
- 2 TBSP GINGER JAM
- 1/2 TSP NUTMEG, grated
- 1/2 TSP CINNAMON
- 1 TBSP LEMON RIND
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 2 EGGS
- 100 GRAM BUTTER, soft
- 100 GRAM SUGAR

Mix all ingredients and knead firmly for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough in three equal portions and roll each portion out to
a length of 30 centimeters. Braid the three pieces together. Leave the
bread in a warm humid place to rise for two hours. Bake in the
oven at 200 degrees
Celsius
during 30 minutes.
Adding the butter, milk and egg to the dough makes the bread luxurious,
soft and supple with a rich taste. Of course you can form a loaf of
bread or small buns according to your fantasy.

Mix all ingredients knead for a few minutes. Put
the dough in muffin forms, put a slice banana on top. Bake 30 minutes
at 190 degrees Celsius.
