Brussels sprouts quiche

   

Roll out the puff pastry and line a greased pie mold with it. Stir the crème fraîche together with the eggs, the cheese and pepper and salt to taste and mix this with the sauerkraut and the sausage. Put this mixture in the pie. Bake the pie 35 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Cook the sprouts 5 minutes. Roll out the pastry and line a greased quiche mold with it. Distribute the sprouts, the sausage and the apple over the quiche. Sprinkle the cheese on top. Beat the eggs with the cream an pepper and salt to taste and pour this over the sprouts. Bake the pie 45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
