Salsa di noci

Mustard mayonnaise

  • 100 GRAM WALNUTS, coarsely ground
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC, mashed
  • 1 CUP CREAM
  • 2 TBSP BREAD CRUMBS
  • 3 TBSP PARMESAN CHEESE, grated
  • 3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
 
  • 2 TBSP MUSTARD
  • 2 EGG YOLKS
  • 3 TSP LEMON JUICE
  • 2 CUPS SUNFLOWER OIL
  • 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

Mix all ingredients well together and heat the sauce. Serve with fresh pasta.

Mix the egg yolks with the lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper and salt to taste. Use a mixer and mix in the oil drop for drop. After the mixture thickens you can poor the oil in a little faster. Keep in the fridge.
