Tuna tartar

 

Cod and prawn in cheese sauce

 
  • 200 GRAM FRESH TUNA, cut in small cubes
  • 2 TBSP MAYONNAISE
  • 1 TSP WASABI
  • 1 TSP SESAME SEED
  • 1 GREEN ONION, chopped
 
  • 500 GRAM COD, cut in strips
  • 150 GRAM PRAWNS
  • 2 TBSP FLOUR
  • 2 TBSP BUTTER
  • 1 1/2 CUP MILK
  • 100 GRAM MUSHROOMS, sliced
  • 100 GRAM CHEESE, grated
  • HANDFUL PARSLEY, chopped
  • 1/2 TSP NUTMEG, grated

Stir the mayonnaise with the wasabi and the sesame seed well together. Add this to the tuna and green onion and mix well. Serve on toasted white bread.

Melt the butter, add the flour and stir well; simmer for 3 minutes. Add the milk and bring slowly to the boil while stirring. Switch off the heat, add the cheese and parsley, nutmeg, and pepper and salt to taste. Put the cod in an oven proof dish, add the prawns and the mushrooms. Pour the cheese sauce on top and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
