Mix the orange juice, the olive oil, the ginger syrup,
the chili powder, the gingerroot and the curry. Brush the mixture over
the drumsticks; grill 10 minutes. turn around and brush again. Repeat
once more.

Mix all ingredients.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, form fritters with
two table spoons. Fry (in two portions) the fritters. Two minutes on
each side. Serve with
chili sauce.
