Pear semifreddo

 

Coffee cinnamon ice cream

 

Puree the pears, cottage cheese, lemon juice, cream and honey in a food processor. Stir in the egg whites. Freeze for 2 hours until half frozen.

Solve the sugar in the hot coffee; allow it to cool down, stir all the ingredients together. Put in the freezer for 3 hours, stir every half hour. Then leave in the freezer for one more hour. Serve with a liqueur like Bailey's or Amarula.
