Pesto salmon Thai fish fillet
  • 4 SALMON FILLETS
  • 4 TABLESPOONS BREAD CRUMBS
  • 2 TABLESPOONS PESTO
  • 2 TABLESPOONS CREAM
  • 4 WHITE FISH FILLETS
  • 200 GRAM CHINESE NOODLES
  • 1 RED PEPPER
  • FRESH CORIANDER
  • 1 ONION
  • 1 TEASPOON CURRY POWDER
  • 1 DECILITER CREAM
  • 50 GRAM GRATED COCONUT

Put some bread crumbs on both sides of the fish fillets. Fry 5 minutes on one side, turn. Mix the pesto with the cream and put this mixture on top of the fillets. Fry for 12 more minutes.

Pesto is delicious just on a slice of bread, but you can also use it in many recipes. The Worldcook website has a page on recipes with pesto to inspire you.

Bake the fish fillets 7 minutes one ach side in oil. Cook the noodles. Chop the onion and the pepper and cut the coriander. Fry the onion and the pepper during 5 minutes, add the coconut, the cream, the curry and the coriander. Put the fish on the noodles and spread the coconut mixture over it.
