Sweet yogurt squares (dahi barfi)

 

Blueberry Romanov

 
  • 1 CUP YOGURT
  • 1 CUP SWEET CONDENSED MILK
  • 50 GRAM RAISINS
  • 50 GRAM CASHEW NUTS, chopped
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 2 TBSP FLOUR
 

Mix all ingredients and pour the mixture in a rectangular oven dish. Bake 20 minutes in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius. Allow to cool down and cut in squares.

Bring the apples and the sugar to the boil with 1 cup of water and poach for 10 minutes; allow them to cool down. Drain the water and stir in the blueberries. Thaw the ice cream a little and mix it with the cream; stir in the fruit mixture. Spoon this in coupes and sprinkle with meringue pieces.
