Chop the walnuts, keep
a few behind for decoration. Mix butter 200 gram sugar, flour, 1 tablespoon
instant coffee and eggs to a batter. Add the chopped walnuts and put
the batter in a round form. Bake 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees
Celsius.
In the meantime, heat the honey with the liqueur and the rest of the
instant coffee. Cut the cake horizontally in two and sprinkle this mixture
on the top of both halves. Mix cottage cheese with the cream and the
remaining sugar and spread three quarters of this mixture over the bottom
cake half, put the top half on and put the rest of the cream mixture
on. Decorate with walnuts.
