Make a dough from flour,
125 gr butter and sugar. Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
Put the dough in a round form, make edges of 2 centimeters. Put some
aluminum foil on top and fill with a layer of dried beans, and bake
10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
In the meantime melt the chocolate in the rest of the butter. Beat the
eggs and egg yolks during 5 minutes and carefully mix in the chocolate
mixture. Take the pie out of the oven, take out foil and beans, poor
in the chocolate and put back in the oven for 20 minutes.
On both sides of the
page are pies, in which the main ingredient is chocolate. They are both
very rich and can easily serve 10 persons, so ideal for birthdays and
big dinners. They taste different however, so try them both.
