Chocolate pie Chocolate-walnut pie
  • 200 GRAM FLOUR
  • 325 GRAM BUTTER
  • 100 GRAM SUGAR
  • 250 GRAM CHOCOLATE
  • 2 EGGS
  • 4 EGG YOLKS

Make a dough from flour, 125 gr butter and sugar. Put the dough in the fridge for half an hour. Put the dough in a round form, make edges of 2 centimeters. Put some aluminum foil on top and fill with a layer of dried beans, and bake 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. In the meantime melt the chocolate in the rest of the butter. Beat the eggs and egg yolks during 5 minutes and carefully mix in the chocolate mixture. Take the pie out of the oven, take out foil and beans, poor in the chocolate and put back in the oven for 20 minutes.

On both sides of the page are pies, in which the main ingredient is chocolate. They are both very rich and can easily serve 10 persons, so ideal for birthdays and big dinners. They taste different however, so try them both.

Grind the walnuts; melt the butter and mix with walnuts, flour and 75 gram sugar. Put this dough in a form, make an edge of 2 centimeters. Melt 100 gram chocolate with 2 tablespoons cream and spread this over the bottom. Mix the yolks with the rest of the sugar for 5 minutes. Heat the rest of the cream and melt the rest of the chocolate in here. Mix the chocolate mixture carefully with the yolks and poor this in the form. Bake 50 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
