- 300 GRAM CORNED BEEF
- 1 TOMATO, cubed
- 1 ONION, chopped
- 1 CUP COCONUT CREAM
- 1/2 CABBAGE

- 1 CHICKEN, cut in pieces
- 2 ONIONS, chopped
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 1 RED PEPPER, chopped
- 1 CUP COCONUT MILK
- 2 TBSP KETCHUP
- 2 TBSP BROWN SUGAR
- HANDFUL CHIVES, chopped

Line 4 small round oven molds with cabbage
leaves; shred the rest of the cabbage and mix with the corned beef,
tomato, onion and coconut cream. Stuff the cabbage cups with this
mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 170 degrees

Heat some oil in a frying pan and melt the sugar.
Coat the chicken in this sugar and simmer for a few minutes. Add the
coconut milk, the onions, the garlic, the pepper, the ketchup, 1 cup of water
and pepper and salt to taste. Bring this to the boil and simmer for
half an hour. Sprinkle with chives.
