Mix all ingredients
and knead for a few minutes. Leave the dough for at least half an hour.
Take small piece, the size of an egg, roll into a ball and roll them
out as thin as possible. Put them under the hot grill, about 2 minutes
per side, but watch them closely.

Mix all ingredients, add 150 gram water and knead
for ten minutes. Put the bread in a loaf pan and let it rise for one
and a half hour. Bake 30 minutes at 180 degrees
Celsius.
