Macaroni with brown
beans

Blue cheese
fondue

- 400 GRAM
MACARONI, cooked
- 1 ONION, chopped
- HANDFUL OREGANO
- 400 GRAM BROWN BEANS, cooked
or canned
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 300 GRAM MINCED
BEEF
- 100 GRAM COTTAGE CHEESE
- 2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE
- 100 GRAM CHEESE, grated

- 400 GRAM HARD GOAT CHEESE, grated
- 300 GRAM
ROQUEFORT or another BLUE CHEESE, in cubes
- 1 1/4 CUP WHITE WINE
- HANDFUL CHIVES, chopped
- FRESH MILLED PEPPER
- FRENCH BREAD or
- UNPEELED COOKED POTATOES

Fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes, add the
minced beef and stir fry 5 minutes more. Mix this with the tomato
sauce, the beans, the cottage cheese, the macaroni and the oregano
and salt to taste. Put this mixture into an oven dish ad sprinkle
the cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
Celsius.

Heat the wine until
the boiling point, turn the heat low and dissolve the cheese whilst
stirring. Sprinkle with pepper and chives. Serve with bread and/or
potatoes to dip.
