  • 500 GRAM TOMATOES, cubed
  • 3 TBSP SUNFLOWER OIL
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
  • 2 ONIONS, chopped
  • 1 RED CHILI PEPPER, chopped
  • 8 TBSP DRIED PRAWNS
  • 1/2 TSP GINGER POWDER
  • 2 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER
  •  
    • 4 TOMATOES, peeled and chopped finely
    • 1 ONION, chopped
    • 2 RED PEPPERS, chopped
    • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
    • 1 TSP HORSERADISH POWDER
    Puree the tomatoes and cook this mixture for 15 minutes with the oil. Add onions, pepper and garlic and cook 5 minutes more. Puree the prawns and add them, as well as the ginger; cook 10 more minutes. Stir in the peanut butter and serve with rice.

    Mix all ingredients together and add salt to taste. Store in the fridge in a glass jar.
