Grape jam

Strawberry jam with lemon balm
|
- 1/2 KG SEEDLESS GRAPES, halved
- 250 GRAM JELLY SUGAR
- PINCH OF NUTMEG
- PINCH OF CINNAMON
- 1 TSP THYME LEAVES, chopped
- 2 TBSP COINTREAU

Bring the grapes to
the boil with the sugar, the nutmeg, the cinnamon and the thyme and
cook 3 minutes. Switch off the heat and add the Cointreau. Stir and
put the jam in a glass jar.

Put
all ingredients except the lemon balm in a pan and bring to the boil.
Cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Add the lemon balm and stir. Put the
jam in glass jars.
