Bring 3 cups of water to the boil and add
the raisins, the prunes, the apricots and the sugar; simmer for one hour.

Mix the egg with the flour, the rum, the milk and 3 tablespoons sugar. Sprinkle the bananas with the cinnamon and dip them in the batter. Deep fry them at 180 degrees Celsius until they are golden brown. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar. | ||
