Mix the flour, the sugar and the egg and knead well. Refrigerate the dough for one hour and roll it out. Cut round cookies with a glass. Mix the almond paste with the liqueur and distribute this over half of the cookies, put the other cookies on top. bake the cookies 12-15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Melt the chocolate with the cream. Allow the cookies to cool down and dip them in the chocolate, cool down for one hour. |
