Mix the flour with 50 gram melted butter, the egg
yolks and 1 dl water.
Roll it out very thin. Spread the rest of the butter over the dough.
Sprinkle the cake over the dough. Mix the fruits with the nuts and
put it on two-third of the dough rectangle. Roll
up as on picture. Bake 45 minutes at 200 degrees
Celsius. Allow it to cool down and decorate with
icing sugar.
