- 200 GRAM FLOUR
- 1 TSP YEAST
- 1 TBSP SUGAR
- 1 TSP SALT
- 2 TBSP ANCHOVIES, chopped
- 2 TBSP OLIVES, chopped
- 4 TBSP OLIVE OIL

- 100 GRAM PRAWNS, cooked and diced
- 1/4 LEMON, cut
- 2 GREEN CHILLIES, chopped
- 1/4 ONION, chopped
- PIECE OF GINGERROOT, grated
- 1 POMELO, cleaned and cut
- 2 TBSP PEANUTS, chopped
- HANDFUL CORIANDER, chopped
- 1 TBSP GREEN CURRY PASTE
- SOME BIG SPINACH LEAVES

Mix flour, salt, sugar,
anchovies, olives, yeast and 2 tablespoons olive oil with 1/2 cup of
water and knead well. Allow the dough to rise one hour, roll it out
and cut strips of 1 centimeter. Brush them with olive oil, let them
rest another 15 minutes and bake 15 minutes at 190 degrees
Celsius.

Mix all ingredients except the spinach leaves. Serve
the mixture on spinach leaves, decorate with piece of chili pepper.
