Amarula chocolate shake

 

Flambéed ice cream

 

Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree shortly. Pour the shake in 4 glasses and serve with a straw.

Thaw the ice cream until it is soft. Line a cake mold with the cake slices, stuff this with the ice cream. Flatten the top and cover with cake slices. Freeze the cake for 3 hours. Heat the brandy a bit in a large soup ladle, light it and pour it over the cake.
