Fish patties

Fish with prawns, spinach and coconut
|
- 300 GRAM COD FILLET
- 250 GRAM SALMON FILLET
- BUNCH OF GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- HANDFUL GREEN CORIANDER, cut
- 1 TBSP RED CURRY PASTE
- 1 EGG

- 500 GRAM WHITE FISH FILLET,
- 200 GRAM PRAWNS
- 2 DECILITER COCONUT MILK
- 100 GRAM SPINACH, very finely cut
- 1 ONION, chopped
- 1 RED PEPPER, chopped
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 2 TBSP FLOUR
- 1/2 TSP PAPRIKA POWDER
- 1/2 TSP CINNAMON

Put all ingredients
and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor and chop the mixture
coarsely. Form approximately 20 fish patties and put them in the fridge
for one hour. Fry them in hot oil, about 4 minutes per side.

Mix the flour with the paprika powder,
cinnamon and pepper and salt to taste and roll the fish fillet through
the mixture. Fry the fillets seven minutes on each side. In the meantime,
stir fry the onion, the red pepper and the garlic. Ad the spinach and
fry until it has shrunk. Add the coconut milk and the prawns and heat
it well. Serve the fish fillets with the spinach sauce.
