Bring the milk to the
boil, add the macaroni and simmer for 15 minutes; stir regularly. Add
the sugar and the cinnamon and allow the mixture to cool down completely.
Add the cream and stir. Put the dessert in small bowls, pour the raspberry
sauce on top and serve with nectarines.

Stir the custard powder
with the egg yolks, the sugar and three tablespoons of milk. Bring the
rest of the milk to the boil. Add the custard mixture. Heat, while stirring,
until the custard is almost boiling. Switch off the heat. Put a layer
of ladies fingers in a cake pan and sprinkle them with liqueur. Add
a layer of strawberries. Repeat this twice more. Pour the custard on
top. Refrigerate for 2 hours, decorate the trifle with strawberries.
