- 500 GRAM FRENCH BEANS, chopped
- 1 TSP CURRY POWDER
- 1 RED CHILI, chopped
- 1 GREEN CHILI, chopped
- 2 ONIONS, chopped
- 1/4 FRESH COCONUT, grated

- 500 GRAM FRENCH BEANS, cut
- 250 GRAM BROCCOLI, in small pieces
- 2 GREEN SWEET PEPPERS, cut
- 1 CUCUMBER, in cubes
- 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
- 2 RED CHILLIES, chopped
- 2 TBSP VINEGAR
- 1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 1 TBSP SUGAR

Boil the beans until
they are done. Fry the two kinds of chili for 3 minutes, add the
onion and fry 5 minutes more. Add the curry. Mix this with the beans,
put on a plate and sprinkle the coconut on top.

Stir fry garlic and
chillies for three minutes. Add sweet peppers and beans and fry 5 minutes;
add broccoli and fry 5 minutes more. Finally, add cucumber, vinegar,
soy sauce and sugar and heat for 5 minutes.
