- 1 KG LARGE PRAWNS, shelled and cleaned
- 2 DRIED RED CHILLIES, chopped
- 100 GRAM CHEESE, grated
- 2 ONIONS, chopped
- 3 CLOVES GARLIC, mashed
- 2 DECILITER CREAM
- 1 DECILITER MILK

- 750 GRAM COD FILLET, with skin
- 4 GREEN ONIONS, chopped
- 4 TBSP SOY SAUCE
- 2 TBSP GINGER JAM
- 4 TBSP WHITE WINE
- 2 TBSP OIL

Fry the onions for
5 minutes. Add the garlic and chillies and fry 3 minutes more. Put this
mixture on the bottom of an oven dish, and put the prawns on top. Mix
the milk and cream and add some salt and pepper and pour over the prawns.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Put under the grill for 10 minutes.

Mix the onions, soy
sauce, ginger jam, wine and oil for the marinade. Put the cod fillet,
skin side down, on an oven rack. Brush half of the marinade on top.
Grill for seven minutes; brush the other half of the marinade over the
fish and put under the grill for seven minutes more.
