Boil the rice and allow
it to cool down. Chop the onions, green onions and garlic and fry for
5 minutes; cut the chicken fillet and add, fry 10 minutes more. Cut
the cabbage and add, fry 5 more minutes. Now add the rice, the sambal
and the spices and fry 5 minutes more. Add the bean sprouts and the
soy sauce and heat some more minutes.

Cook and cut the beans, the cabbage and the potatoes;
cut the tomatoes in cubes. Poor boiling water over the bean sprouts;
toss those vegetables together with some sambal. Boil the eggs 10 minutes
and slice them. Put the vegetable mixture on a dish and cover with (heated)
peanut sauce. Put the eggs and shrimp crackers on top.
