Chocolate crunch

 

Chocolate chunk cookies

  • 100 GRAM CHOCOLATE
  • 2O GRAM BUTTER
  • 50 GRAM CREAM
  • 25 GRAM RAISINS
  • 50 GRAM NUTS, chopped
  • 50 GRAM COOKIES, crumbled
 
  • 50 GRAM CHOCOLATE, chopped
  • 10O GRAM BUTTER
  • 100 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP HONEY
  • 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 150 GRAM FLOUR

Melt the chocolate with the butter and the cream in the microwave. Stir in the other ingredients. Cover a plate with plastic foil and spoon the mixture on top. Put in the fridge for a few hours, than cut in squares with a hot knife.

Beat the butter, the sugar and the honey with a mixer for one minute. Stir in the flour and the baking soda, knead until the dough forms a ball. Now divide in 20 small balls and flatten them with your hand. Put them on a baking tray, sprinkle the chocolate on top. Bake 14 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
