Melt the chocolate with the
butter and the cream in the microwave. Stir in the other ingredients. Cover a
plate with plastic foil and spoon the mixture on top. Put in the fridge for a
few hours, than cut in squares with a hot knife.

Beat the butter, the
sugar and the honey with a mixer for one minute. Stir in the flour and the
baking soda, knead until the dough forms a ball. Now divide in 20 small
balls and flatten them with your hand. Put them on a baking tray, sprinkle
the chocolate on top. Bake 14 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
