Chocolate walnuts Petit fours
  • 100 GRAM BUTTER
  • 150 GRAM FLOUR
  • 50 GRAM SUGAR
  • 150 GRAM CHOCOLATE
  • 125 GRAM CREAM

Keep 12 half walnuts behind, chop the rest of the walnuts small. Melt the chocolate, mix with the chopped walnuts and make 12 small heaps. Put one half nut on top. Put in the fridge for 2 hours.

Make a dough of flour, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt. Form 30 small cookies. Bake them in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes and allow them to cool down. Heat the cream and melt the chocolate in it, take off the fire and mix for 5 minutes. Put a teaspoon full of the chocolate mixture and put one cookie on top of the other.
