Peanut butter cookies Chocolate chip cookies
  • 50 GRAM PEANUT BUTTER
  • 100 GRAM SOFT BUTTER
  • 100 GRAM SUGAR
  • 2 EGGS
  • 150 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 225 GRAM SELF RAISING FLOUR
  • 175 GRAM SOFT BUTTER
  • 100 GRAM DARK CHOCOLATE
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 TSP VANILLA SUGAR
  • 100 GRAM SUGAR
  • 100 GRAM BROWN SUGAR

Beat the eggs for a few minutes. Mix all the ingredients and knead them all together. Form 25 little balls and flatten them out with a fork. Decorate with a peanut. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Chop the chocolate in small pieces. Beat the butter, white and brown sugar and vanilla sugar a few minutes with a mixer. Beat in the eggs. Put in the flour and the chocolate and stir well with a spoon. Make heaps on an non-greased oven tray, using a small dessert spoon. Bake 10-15 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
