Make a batter from
flour, butter, egg, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and yogurt and beat
well. Add the mango and the coconut. Make little heaps on a greased
oven tray. Bake 15 minutes at 175 degrees
Celsius.

Cut 150 gram butter into small pieces and mix through
the flour with 4 tablespoons water. Knead until dough, roll out and
put in muffin forms. Put the apple pieces in the dough covered muffin
forms. Mix the cream, juice, 20 gram sugar and eggs and pour over the
apples. Bake 40 minutes at 175 degrees
Celsius.
