Sweet corn flan

 

Spinaci strascinati

  • 1 CAN OF CORN
  • 3/4 CUP CREAM
  • 50 GRAM GRATED CHEESE
  • 1 ONION, chopped
  • 3 EGGS
 
  • 700 GRAM SPINACH
  • 1/2 TSP NUTMEG
  • 25 GRAM BUTTER
  • 50 GRAM PARMESAN CHEESE, grated

Stir fry the onion 5 minutes. Add the cream and the corn and puree this mixture. Add the remaining ingredients and distribute the mixture over small flan molds. Fill a baking tray with water and put the flan molds in the water. Bake the flans half an hour at 120 degrees Celsius. You can also put them in the microwave, without the water, 5 minutes at 600 Watt.

Melt the butter and add the spinach, the nutmeg and pepper and salt to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes, stir regularly. Add the cheese and simmer 15 more minutes while stirring now and then.
