Chapati egg rolls

 

Yorkshire pudding

   
  • 150 GRAM FLOUR
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 3 TBSP BUTTER

Add four tablespoons of water and pepper and salt to taste to the eggs and whisk them. Make 4 omelets out of this mixture. In the meantime, heat the chapatis. Put the omelettes on top of the chapatis and roll them up. Serve them with tomato sauce.

Put all ingredients together and add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk thois for a minute or so. Put the batter in the fridge for half an hour. Brush 8 muffin molds with oil. Heat the oven to 225 degrees Celsius and preheat the muffin molds half a minute. Fill the molds up to one third with the batter and bake the puddings 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
