Toast the bread slices. Distribute first the corn
salad and then the rillettes over 4 slices of bread, put 4 slices on
top of those and spread the chutney on these. Put the pear slices on
the chutney and cover with the remaining bread slices. Cut the bread
diagonally.
Rillettes is a dish prepared from meat (often pork),
in its own fat and then shredded. If you cannot find rillettes in your
local shops, you can also use
paté.
