Strawberry semifreddo

Berry salad

• 500 GRAM STRAWBERRIES, cleaned and sliced
• 1 CUP AMARULA
• 3 CUPS VANILLA ICE CREAM

• 250 GRAM RASPBERRIES
• 250 GRAM RED CURRANTS
• 250 GRAM GOOSEBERRIES
• 1 CUP CREAM, whipped with
• 4 TBSP SUGAR
• 50 GRAM SHAVED ALMONDS
• 4 TBSP liqueur

Puree the strawberries and put them in the freezer for one hour. Add them to the Amarula and the ice cream and puree this mixture shortly in the food processor.

Mix the various berries with the liqueur. Add the cream and stir carefully. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
