Mix the coconut with
the sugar, the egg whites and two tablespoons water and heat in the
microwave for 2 minutes; stir every 30 seconds. Add the cherries and
mix well. Make 16 small balls, put them on a greased baking tray and
flatten them. Bake the cookies 15 minutes at 175 degrees
Celsius.
