Chicken meatballs

 

Prune bacon roll

 

Knead all ingredients well together and form small balls; put them in the fridge for one hour. Deep fry them 4 minutes and serve with tamarind sauce or chili sauce.

Cut the prunes open. Cut 12 pieces of the apple, about half the size of the prune. Poach the apple 10 minutes. Put them inside the prune and roll the prune in bacon.
