Bring 1 liter of water
to the boil and add the lemon grass, lemon juice and rind. Simmer for
5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it stand for 5 more minutes. Pour
the tea through a sieve and dissolve the sugar in it. Put the tea in
the fridge for a few hours. Serve with ice cubes.

and wait five minutes. Pour the tea through a sieve. Add the sugar,
stir well and allow the tea to cool down completely in the fridge. Serve
