Spinach quiche Tomato gratin
  • 1 KG TOMATOES
  • 1/2 CUP CREAM
  • 100 GRAM CHEESE, GRATED
  • 1/4 CUP WINE
  • BASIL LEAVES

Chop the onion, the spinach and the walnuts. Fry the onion 3 minutes, add the spinach and fry for 5 more minutes. Add salt. Roll out the dough and put it in a round oven form. Put the cheese on the bottom, then the spinach. Mix the cream with the eggs and pour the mixture over the spinach. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts on top. Bake 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Slice the tomatoes and put them in an oven dish, Put salt on and fresh milled pepper. Mix the cream with the wine and poor over the tomatoes. Put the cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
