Roast chicken Boiled beef
  • 500 GRAM BEEF
  • 100 GRAM DRIED MUSHROOMS
  • 200 GRAM CARROTS, in cubes
  • 1 ONION, peeled
  • CLOVES
  • NUTMEG
  • 4 CLOVES GARLIC

Stuff the chicken with lemon and garlic. Put the chicken in an oven dish and the vegetables around it. Add salt and fresh milled pepper, sprinkle with olive oil. Roast in the oven at 160 degrees for one and a half hour.

Stick the cloves in the onion. Put the beef and all other ingredients in an oven dish, together with 1 1/2 liter water and salt and pepper. Put in the oven for 4 hours at 140 degrees Celsius. Slice the beef and serve with the (slightly thickened) broth and the mushrooms.
