Fry the pepper, the
garlic, the squid and the chicken fillet in the olive oil. Add the rice,
fry for one minute. Add 5 deciliter water and saffron, bring to the
boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, then add tomatoes, prawns and peas. Simmer
for 10 minutes more, stir before serving.
