Marmalade ice cream
Honey cinnamon ice cream
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1 CUP CREAM
- 4 TBSP SUGAR
- 2 TBSP HONEY
- 2 EGG YOLKS
- 1 TBSP CINNAMON
- 2 TBSP ORANGE liqueur
Mix the egg yolks with the sugar. Heat the milk to the boiling point, mix with the egg yolks and reheat but don't boil. Take off the heat, and add the other ingredients. Make ice cream with this mixture using an ice cream machine or put in the freezer for 5 hours, stir every hour.

With four sweet kids, you may be ambitious and make your own ice-cream. When it comes to taking a picture, you are sometimes too late and the ice-cream looks like a failed pudding. I could have redone the pictures, obviously. But, let's face it, that is my life: the kids eat home-made ice-cream, I may be happy if I finish some left-overs.
