Heat the cream, add the smoked salmon
and simmer for one minute. Add two egg yolks, and slowly heat until
the mixture thickens. Beat together the other 4 eggs and the two remaining
egg whites, the milk and salt to taste and bake two omelets out of those.
When the omelets are almost done, spoon the salmon mixture on top and
bake one more minute. Sprinkle pepper on top.
