Milk chocolate ice cream Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 CUPS CONDENSED MILK
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 2 TABLESPOONS CACAO
  • 3 EGG YOLKS
  • 75 GRAM SUGAR
  • 1 TBSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  • 1 CUP CREAM
  • 1 CUP MILK

Heat half a deciliter milk and dissolve the cacao in it. Add the rest of the milk and the condensed milk. Put the mixture in ice cream machine or put in the freezer, stirring every hour.

Mix the egg yolks, the sugar and the milk together and heat the mixture, either au bain marie or in the micro wave, first 30 seconds and then 15 seconds every time. Keep mixing. When the mixture thickens and is hot add the cream and the vanilla essence. Cool for one hour. Freeze for at least 4 hours, stir every hour, or use an ice cream machine.
