Banana fried bread

  • 400 GRAM MINCED PORK
  • 200 GRAM BACON, in cubes
  • 2 GREEN CHILLIES, chopped
  • 2 CLOVES GARLIC, chopped
  • 50 GRAM PEANUTS, chopped
  • 1 TBSP SUGAR
  • SOME GREEN ONIONS, chopped
 
  • 120 GRAM FLOUR
  • 1 BANANA, peeled and mashed
  • 1 TSP SESAME SEEDS
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1 TBSP GHEE

Fry the bacon for 2 minutes. Mix all ingredients and form 16 small balls. Put them on skewers and grill them 5 minutes on each side.

Mix all ingredients. Heat frying oil and drop tablespoons of batter in the hot oil. Deep fry until they are golden brown.
