- 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC, mashed
- 1 TBSP SAMBAL OELEK
- 2 TBSP GINGER JAM
- PIECE OF GALANGAL, grated
- PIECE OF LEMON GRASS, chopped
- 25 GRAM CANDLE NUTS
- 1 TSP CORIANDER SEEDS
- 50 GRAM COOKING OIL
- 1/2 TBSP PEPPERCORNS

Grind all ingredients together, using a food processor
or mortar and pestle. Fry the paste 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring
well. Keep in the fridge until use.
